• b. Membership Benefits: As a member, you are entitled to unlimited repairs as outlined in your selected membership plan. Services are subject to the terms and conditions specified in your membership agreement.

3. Service Usage

• a. Unlimited Repairs:The term "unlimited repairs" is subject to fair usage and does not include repairs resulting from intentional damage or misuse.

• b. Appointment Scheduling:Members are required to schedule repair appointments in advance. Emergency services may be available, subject to our discretion.

• c. Individual Services:For non-members seeking individual services, service requests are subject to availability and will be charged on a per-service basis.

4. Fees and Payments

• a. Membership Fees: Members can not cancel their membership at any time. No Refund will be provided in any case.
• b. Refund Requests: Refund requests for membership fees are subject to the terms specified in your membership agreement. Refunds for individual services are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of service confirmation.

6. Privacy and Data Security

• a. Data Collection:Care Maintenance Services Private Limited collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• b. Security Measures:Care Maintenance Services Private Limited employs reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

• a. Ownership:All content and materials provided by Care Maintenance Services Private Limited are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Care Maintenance Services Private Limited.
